We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your credit card information.

Free shipping is available on all orders within New Zealand. Orders are made to order and typically ship within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We want you to love your poster. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition. Contact us at hello@isotides.art to arrange a return.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).

All tide data visualisations, designs, and content on this site are the property of Isotides and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

Tide data is sourced from LINZ (Land Information New Zealand) and is used under their applicable licensing terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
